Event Details

This year’s African American Philanthropy Summit will provide valuable information and resources regarding giving circles made up of individuals, member organizations, churches, and businesses. This half-day event will begin with an opening session and include an educational seminar culminating with a keynote luncheon. The opening session will be presented by leading professionals in black philanthropy: Darryl Lester, owner of Hindsight Consulting and expert in the field of giving circles, and Valaida Fullwood, author of Giving Back: A Tribute to Generations of African American Philanthropists. The Charter One "Good Banking is Good Citizenship" keynote address will be delivered by Glinda Bridgforth, financial expert and owner of Bridgforth Financial.  
 
The event will be held at Corporate College East, 4400 Richmond Road, Warrensville Heights, OH.
